Poktan 360 - Social Farmer Applications

Poktan (Farmer Group) is an application intended for farmer groups. Given that Indonesia is an agricultural country and the majority of its people's livelihoods are as farmers. This application is presented as an innovative solution to empower farmer groups and support the growth of the agricultural sector. In addition, farmer groups can showcase their products through the catalog available in the application.

Project Challenge

The purpose of the Poktan application is to overcome the problems of farmers who lack information media related to their agriculture or simply to share and exchange ideas.

Objective

After conducting a fairly long analysis and discussion with the client, we have agreed on the objectives of this project.

Good Experience

We prioritize research on previous users such as what habits they do regarding data management. With several variables, we can finally determine the right experience for users.

Helping Farmer

Helping and accommodating farmers into 1 forum is the main goal of this application. In addition, farmers can distribute their agricultural products on this application.

Modern

Creating a modern, aesthetic and easy-to-use design will make users more comfortable in using it.

Problem & Solution

Problem

After we conducted the identification, we found several problems such as the skin or the difficulty for farmers in using the application, this became our concern regarding the development of the application.

Solution

In overcoming the problem, we managed to find a solution, namely, we will make it easier for farmers to use the application by simplifying the application as much as possible and the use of typography fonts and colors must be really clear and useful.
