The E-Reporting Investment and Development Application is an application owned by PT. Pupuk Indonesia. The utility is a system or platform designed to facilitate reporting, monitoring, and management of investments and development projects.

Project Challenge

How can it replace the role of a text editor based on Microsoft World in the implementation of reporting for the Indonesian fertilizer utility?

The challenge in creating this system is how to create a website that is user friendly, easy to use by users and easy to use even as the main tool. As in making reports that are usually made using Microsoft Word, this system will greatly replace the role of Microsoft Word or other editors in compiling reports.

Objective

After conducting a fairly long analysis and discussion with the client, we have agreed on the objectives of this project.

Good Experience

We prioritize research on previous users such as what habits they do regarding data management. With several variables, we can finally determine the right experience for users.

Providing Convenience

It is hoped that the role of several tools such as Microsoft Word and so on will be gradually replaced because all reports that will be compiled will be in 1 on the website that is built.

In the previous implementation of the e-reporting system in PT. Pupuk Indonesia Manfaat still used the manual method by writing one by one via Microsoft Word or other similar applications.
